How much does it cost?
The provider's price, agreed with you in writing before anyone arrives. For bigger projects like a move out there is one fixed fee on top, shown before you say yes.
Who do I pay?
We tell you every time, before anything starts. Either you pay us and we pay the provider, or you pay the provider directly.
What is the credit?
Part of what we earn each time goes back to you as credit toward the next thing you need. Your balance shows on the link we send you.
What if something goes wrong?
Message the same number. We chase the provider, not you, and a provider who lets a client down comes off our list.
Can you help while I am away?
Yes. We hold your parcels, keep a spare key with a signed hand-over, and let the provider in at the booked time.
